From the Czech Republic to the Jacksonville Beaches
Lucie was born and raised in the Czech Republic, and when she immigrated to the United States she did what she has always done — she built something. First a cleaning company of her own, then a portfolio of Airbnbs she managed herself, and finally her real estate license.
Along the way she learned firsthand what property ownership can do: it gave her stability, footing, and a version of the American dream she could actually hold in her hands. She also learned how punishing renting can be — especially as an animal lover, when every pet fee and deposit made someone else’s asset a little more valuable and hers not at all.
Now, as a Realtor® with Atlantic Shores Realty of Jacksonville LLC, she serves Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and the surrounding communities with one mission: showing people what’s actually possible.
